Do you know what I really like? When people you look up to actually communicate with you.

Yes I know it sounds like one of those 'notice me' things, in actual facts it's quite different. It's a "They actually speak like a down-to-Earth person and reply with more than just a 'dead comment'". I'm not saying people with a fanbase or a large following are stuck up or bad conversationalists, because chances are they most probably receive so many messages they can't reply to them all or turn them off altogether. But it's just nice when they reply, especially with something you can bounce into conversation.

Think of it like commenting on a video of your favourite band, and they reply to your comment (Which initially is something like a question, something respondable to) and you're just in this lovely little conversation that's a bit starstruck but very awesome at the same time :)

But like I said, in order for that to happen, your original comment would have to be something you can talk from, a conversation starter, and your replies not to be left as 'haha' or 'lol' because they're conversational KILLERS. Honestly, how do you reply to 'lol'??

Anyway, this isn't a rant post, it's an appreciation post, to the people we look up to, who see us as equal :)

I can't help but agree with you. I've had several comments on various Deviations that are just "Pretty" or "Looks good" and It kind of irks me when they do that because they don't give you actual feedback.

It is nice to, once in a while, find someone else who likes things that you're into. It can be really fun because then you may find a new friend c:

Nonetheless, getting an appreciative comment on a deviation is nice though every now and then, because sometimes, clicking 'favourite' doesn't quite cut it :D

Yeah, especially on some pieces that you've worked on for hours.
